E : FAI SPORTING LICENSE APPLICATION PROCESS UPDATE

Effective immediately, all FAI Sporting License applications will be processed exclusively through the SAMS (Sports Aviation Management System) application. Please take note of the following updates to the application process: Application Process for FAI Sporting License:

• Applications must be submitted via the SAMS platform.

 • Processing time requires a minimum of 14 working days. Please ensure you apply well in advance of your competition date.

 • Once approved, your license will appear on the SAMS page. 


Discontinued Practices:

 • Applications through the website will no longer be accepted. 

• We cannot process applications submitted with fewer than 14 working days before the needed date.

 • PDF copies of licenses will no longer be issued.
